Not Sure Where to Start?

Look, we get it - jumping into a new class can be intimidating. Here's the thing though: everyone in that room was new once. Our coaches are there to help you figure out what works for your goals and your schedule.

Most people start with Foundational Strength or Build & Balance to get the movement patterns down, then branch out from there. But honestly? Just show up to whatever time works for you and we'll make it work.

What to Expect in Your First Class

Show Up Early

Get there about 10 minutes before class starts. We'll get you set up, show you where everything is, and answer any questions you've got.

Meet Your Coach

Let the coach know it's your first time. They'll keep an eye on you and make sure you're doing things safely. Don't be shy about asking questions.

Scale as Needed

Every exercise can be modified. We're not trying to kill you on day one. Work at your pace and we'll build from there.
